Hello Group, Stress really does matter. It can cause all kinds of health issues. I know firsthand how stress can rule your health and it can be a big factor in so many things, such as Trichotillomania. I pulled my hair out for over thirty years, and stress was a big part of refueling this disorder and keeping it alive. I had to retrain my thought process and walk away from the stress triggers, only limiting myself around them. Stress can actually cause you to feel unhealthy in so many ways. If you have Trichotillomania, you have to learn what things set you off and begin taking away the ones that you feel you can't handle. What I mean by that is sometimes the ones we love the most can be stress triggers in our lives. If that is the case then we either have to eliminate our time around those that cause us grief and stress, or we have to retrain the way they affect us and not let them be an issue in our life any longer. Practice self healing.... |
